Position : Gift Shop Associate

Schedule : Open daily from 10 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 AM (including most holidays and weekends)
Compensation : $16 / hour
Pay Frequency : Weekly
Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Gift Shop Associate to join our team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the store, providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and comfortable working in a dynamic retail setting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service to all customers.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain store appearance, including merchandising, stocking, and organizing displays.
- Safely lift and handle inventory, including heavy boxes as required.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational and sales objectives.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
