Responsibilities

You're an innovative thinker, passionate about technology and eager to contribute to digital transformation in a global packaging company. As a Business Analytics and Technology Intern, you'll support the development and automation of internal applications and processes that enhance operational efficiency and data integrity. Reporting to the Business Analytics & Technology team, you'll collaborate across departments to deliver impactful solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and other automation tools.

Key Job Accountabilities

As part of the Business Analytics & Technology Team, you'll be responsible for...

Assisting in the design, testing, and deployment of applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Dataverse.

Supporting automation of internal processes using tools like AI Builder and Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot.

Performing level-one system administration tasks for RPSNA applications.

Ensuring proper controls and version-controlled documentation are maintained to support data accuracy and reliability.

Collaborating with internal teams including IMS, divisional management, and end users to support technology initiatives.

Developing and maintaining professional relationships across departments.

Creating and delivering engaging training materials for end users, both in-person and virtually.

Promoting and adhering to Amcor's safety values and practices.

Representing Amcor professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (sophomore status or higher) in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Management.

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Dataverse, and AI Builder.

Experience or interest in robotic process automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.

Ability to query databases and develop reports using tools like MS SQL and Tableau.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze and solve complex technical or organizational problems.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
