This contract position offers the opportunity to work all shifts, including day, evening, and night. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term and short-term patient care, with a focus on maintaining a safe and effective environment. Requirements Valid NYS Professional Licensed Practical Nurse License. At least 6 months of nursing home experience. Experience with NYS DOH and Joint Commission standards. Knowledge of MDS and PRI processes preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in documentation and computer applications. Qualifications BSN preferred. Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in clinical, email, and office applications.
