Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and respond to inquiries from prospective franchise owners
Ask qualifying questions to assess a prospect's background and interest
Schedule follow-up calls for qualified prospects with Franchise Development Managers
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a call center role
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospective clients
Basic computer and data entry skills; familiarity with CRM tools is helpful
Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in a sales career
