Facilities Maintenance Manager
This is an exceptional opportunity to build out a pilot plant from scratch!
You will lead a team of individuals in developing a best in class facility!
Reporting directly into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following :
- Manage the day-to-day operations of facility equipment and infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime in the manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations across the facility.
- Develop and manage budgets for facility operations and capital projects.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure facilities meet operational needs and safety standards.
- Lead and train a team of maintenance and facilities staff to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement or immediate attention.

A successful Facilities Manager should have :
5-10 years of experience in industrial maintenance in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.A strong background in facilities management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.Experience with metals, furnace systems, heavy industrial manufacturing.Knowledge of safety and environmental compliance requirements.Proven ability to manage budgets and oversee capital projects.Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams in a professional setting.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.What's on offer :
