Facilities Maintenance Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity to build out a pilot plant from scratch!

You will lead a team of individuals in developing a best in class facility!

Reporting directly into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following :

• Manage the day-to-day operations of facility equipment and infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime in the manufacturing process.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations across the facility.
• Develop and manage budgets for facility operations and capital projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure facilities meet operational needs and safety standards.
• Lead and train a team of maintenance and facilities staff to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement or immediate attention.
