Mortgage Servicing Specialist

As a Mortgage Servicing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work directly with members by answering questions and requests regarding their mortgage account on a daily basis. Our team of mortgage professionals takes pride in the quality of their work, and the quality of their service to our members. As a Mortgage Servicing Specialist with Community First Credit Union, you will :

  • Disburse loans on the servicing systems upon receipt of package for the title company
  • Pay homeowners and flood insurance premiums, real estate taxes, and required monthly PMI payments
  • Assist with daily, monthly, and annual processing and maintenance of the mortgage servicing platform including annual escrow analysis

We are looking for a combination of :

  • High School diploma or equivalent degree
  • One year of lending related experience with prior mortgage experience preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft office suite and web-based software packages
