Position Overview :

Join a collaborative and growing Level III NICU team in Saginaw, MI, offering a supportive environment ideal for both experienced Neonatal NPs and motivated new graduates.

Position Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Setting : Inpatient - Level III NICU

Team Environment : Work alongside neonatologists, pediatric subspecialists, and a multidisciplinary care team

Not Accepting Locums or Visa Candidates Clinical Responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive, hands-on care for neonates, including high-risk deliveries and advanced procedures

Collaborate with neonatologists in managing complex neonatal cases

Participate in patient care planning, family education, and clinical decision-making

Support a wide range of pediatric subspecialties : cardiology, surgery, neurology, and more

Engage in quality improvement and evidence-based initiatives

Access structured mentorship and professional development programs-ideal for new grads Requirements :

Certification :

Must be NNP Board Certified (No FNP, PNP, or other NP credentials accepted)

Experience :

2+ years of NNP experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply

Licensure : Must be eligible for or hold Michigan NP licensure
