Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service while managing high volume incoming calls
Act as patient advocate to resolve issues via telephone promptly and courteously
Perform accurate registration interviews and verify patient insurance information
Required Qualifications
1 year of data entry experience - Required
2 years of clerical / customer service experience, preferably in healthcare - Preferred
1 year of experience with third-party payors and computer data entry - Preferred
1 year of call center experience - Preferred
High School Diploma or GED equivalent - Required
