Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Outbound Marketing Automation and Marketing Research teams, ensuring alignment and strong performance
Oversee the outbound marketing strategy, focusing on building scalable, automated campaigns and refining processes
Collaborate with the Marketing Research team to analyze campaign data and identify high-value accounts, driving effective outbound efforts
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in B2B outbound marketing, with at least 1 year in a management role
Proven experience managing both direct and indirect reports
Expertise in automation-driven outbound campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
Passion for outbound marketing and staying updated on emerging trends and best practices
