Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Rep is responsible for both inbound and outbound call center support regarding the shipment scheduling, processing and refills for various medications. Must be able to work 100% on-site. Shift M-F from 7 : 30am to 4 : 00pm. Qualifications : Previous call center experience preferred. Healthcare or pharmacy experience strongly desired. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
