Job Summary

This individual is responsible for entering all transfer credit-related transcript data into the student record; researching required aspects of transcripts and / or schools; reviewing / updating prior transfer records as needed; and evaluating transfer credit for new incoming and readmitted students.

Responsibilities

• Researches accreditation, grading scales, catalogs, etc. for schools attended by transfer students.
• Enters transcript data into Banner for all transfer students, including readmits.
• Reviews and verifies the accuracy of prior transfer credit entries in Banner upon student updates / readmission.
• Updates final transcript records.
• Generates and mails transfer evaluation letters.
• Performs supplemental transfer evaluations.
• Other duties as assigned.
