• And much more!\n\nUnit Summary : \n\nWe're excited about our ICU expansion, which adds six new beds to improve care capacity and includes advanced care and surgical suite enhancements.\n\nPosition Summary : \n
• Implement patient care plans, including medication administration and clinical treatments.\n
• Document all patient care activities.\n
• Monitor and communicate patient status to the care team, patients, and families.\n
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as hygiene and nutrition.\n
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines for optimal outcomes.\n
• Evaluate and educate patients and families based on individual needs.\n
• Advocate for patient well-being, physically and emotionally.\n\nMinimum Qualifications : \n
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required\n
• Current KY RN state licensure or compact licensure required\n
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 10 days of hiring\n
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hiring\n
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 45 days of hiring\n
