The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a seasoned sales leader who :

• Has a proven track record of success in technical B2B sales within manufacturing or machining sectors
• Possesses a strong network of decision-makers (engineering, procurement, operations, executive leadership) in our served industries
• Understands how to sell complex, value-added manufacturing solutions
• Is a strategic thinker and independent self-starter, capable of identifying and pursuing new opportunities with minimal oversight
• Is motivated by the opportunity to earn significant commission through performance, rather than relying on a high base salary Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors
• Leverage existing industry contacts to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Lead client engagement from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close
• Partner with internal engineering and production teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction
• Represent BPM professionally at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
