Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating and supervising administrative activities related to network management, contracting, and provider relations.

Qualifications

Essential Functions :

• Oversee the administrative aspects of the auto network, including managing network contracts, provider credentialing, and enrollment processes.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for network providers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Foster positive relationships with network providers and handle escalated issues effectively.
• Collaborate with the legal team to negotiate and finalize contracts with network providers, ensuring that agreements are comprehensive and aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor contract performance, terms, and renewals.

Education : Bachelor's Degree related field of study required.

Licenses and Credentials : Experience in healthcare network administration, provider relations, or contracting within the auto network 3-5 years preferred.
