Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead glass installation projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure satisfaction.
  • Measure and cut glass to precise specifications for various installations.
  • Install glass panels, doors, and other products while ensuring safety guidelines are followed.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on installation techniques and safety.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and available for use.
  • Conduct site inspections prior to installation to assess and prepare for project requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a glass installer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of glass types, installation techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
  • Physical stamina and strength to handle various glass materials and tools.
