Teknikor is seeking an Experienced Field Service Engineer with strong expertise in industrial automation, motion control, and plant systems to join our growing team in Southeast Massachusetts. This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments, tackling complex machinery and control systems challenges. You'll perform installations, troubleshooting, and system upgrades while ensuring reliable performance and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial automation equipment and controls systems.
• Identify, analyze, and repair equipment and product failures in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide on-site service, diagnostics, and technical recommendations to customers.
• Perform installation, commissioning, and system start-up for new and upgraded machinery.
• Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal safety regulations and standards.
• Document all service activities, including time, materials, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and customer support teams to enhance system performance.
• Travel up to 50% for field assignments, including site installations and service calls.
