Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Commercial Millwork Inside Sales Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for their customers. In this role, you will manage incoming calls, understand customer needs, and drive sales by building strong relationships and providing exceptional service. Your ability to close sales and meet targets will be essential to your success. You will work closely with the outside sales team (territory managers) to ensure mutual success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to achieve satisfaction.
- Generating sales leads and maintain follow-ups to meet sales expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate product information using company tools and resources.
- Meet personal and team sales goals.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Go the extra mile to engage and retain customers.
Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of sales experience (preferred).General knowledge of construction and remodeling is a plus.Experience in commercial millwork sales is a plusFamiliarity with millwork products, materials, and manufacturing processesStrong communication and relationship-building skills.Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.Compensation & Benefits :
