As the Studio Fitness Director , you'll oversee multi-club group fitness programming, ensuring every class is engaging, high-quality, and aligned with Dynamic Fitness standards. From Les Mills and yoga to cycle and Pilates, members invest their time and energy into fitness-and your leadership ensures they get the best. Position Summary :

The Studio Fitness Director is responsible for the growth and success of studio programming across multiple Dynamic Fitness clubs. This leader recruits, trains, and develops instructors, manages budgets and schedules, drives class participation, and ensures the highest quality in member experience. The role requires both operational expertise and passion for fitness, blending strategic leadership with the ability to step into the studio when needed.

Qualifications : Required :

• 3+ years in progressive group fitness / fitness management
• Experience teaching Group Exercise formats
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and instructor management skills
