LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a growing company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking to add a Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator to the team. This is a Monday through Friday full-time in-office position. Pay range depending on experience $23.00-$25.00 per hour. The Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator supports the full-cycle recruitment functions by facilitating the hiring process across all internal departments. This role ensures a seamless candidate experience, maintains employee and candidate documentation, and collaborates closely with hiring managers, human resources manager, and candidates to support the organization’s talent acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Manage job postings across internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data integrity throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, application status, and next steps.
• Communicates with hiring managers on job description, soft skills, hiring dates, and job requirement details.
• Support background check processes, reference checks, and onboarding documentation.
• Assist in organizing recruiting events, job fairs, and campus outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with recruiters and HR team members to improve hiring workflows and candidate experience.
• Generate recruitment reports and metrics as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.
