What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to person making sure vendors get paid on time, records stay spotless, and our accounting team has what it needs to drive financial clarity. You will :

  • Own the invoice process — review, verify, and process payments accurately and on time
  • Keep our AP ledger clean and audit-ready
  • Build great vendor relationships while solving payment questions quickly
  • Partner with the accounting team during month-end close and reporting
  • Support tax and compliance prep (1099s, sales tax, etc.)
  • Be part of a culture that values ownership, teamwork, and customer service — internally and externally

    Requirements : What You Bring

  • Associate’s in Accounting (Bachelor's a plus)
  • Experience in accounts payable or similar accounting role; QuickBooks helpful
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Discretion with confidential information and strong problem-solving ability
