Implement technical work on client Google Ads accountsAssisting with PPC onboarding tasksPerform negative keyword researchPerform lead qualification via Call RailTrack keyword performanceAssess Google Ads accounts and track trends, as well as whether they are passing or failing and whyWorking closely with the Lead PPC Strategist to train on Hook’s Google Ads process and understand account performanceDepending on your level of experience, you could also :Schedule + lead weekly shadow sessions with TechniciansPerform QC on peer accountsAssist in training new TechniciansAssist in preparing client report briefsThis is a position at a high performing, fast-paced digital marketing agency that values team culture and employee well-being. We believe in working hard and taking full ownership of our roles, and the ideal candidate for this position will feel strongly about those things as well.
We're in the office 3 days a week and have the option to work remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays, however new hires are required to be in office 5 days a week (with their team) for the first month to ensure adequate support and a seamless integration. You can expect to work 40 - 45 hours per week. If you aren't able to make the commitment to our schedule and hours, please do not apply.
The salary range is $40,000 - 50,000 annually and will depend on experience. This position is eligible for commission once you begin owning client accounts, typically between 6 - 12 months of employment. All roles at Hook Agency are subject to a 30-day probationary period.
