Summary : The Junior Computer Network Support Specialist will assist in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's systems infrastructure. This entry-level role supports the design and deployment of hardware and software systems, monitors network performance, and performs a variety of technical tasks under the guidance of senior IT staff. The ideal candidate will be familiar with standard IT concepts and eager to grow their skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions :

• Assist in the planning and engineering of network and systems infrastructure.
• Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components.
• Monitor system and network performance, identifying and reporting issues as needed.
• Perform routine troubleshooting and support tasks for end users and IT systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and support activities.
• Collaborate with senior team members to support infrastructure upgrades and projects.
• Apply standard IT practices and procedures to accomplish assigned goals.
