Feed Mill Continuous Improvement Specialist

Country View Family Farms is seeking a Feed Mill Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our CI Tech Support Team. In this role, you will focus primarily on supporting our feed milling operations, with additional responsibilities supporting truck wash stations and pork production teams.

This position plays a key part in driving training, process execution, and performance improvement across the business. You'll work closely with production leadership to implement best practices, strengthen standard operating procedures, and build team capability through coaching, training, and Continuous Improvement tools and methods (Lean Six Sigma, TTT, SLII).

What You'll Do :

• Lead and deliver training to enhance performance across farms, feed mills, and more
• Support continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methods
• Verify training progress and process readiness
• Facilitate problem-solving and strategic planning with farm and leadership teams
• Create training materials, SOPs, and improvement tools that drive consistency
