About the Role

As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in the daily operations of a fast-paced logistics environment. Your main responsibilities include accurately processing and fulfilling customer orders, maintaining a well-organized and clean warehouse space, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient order workflows. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently process and fulfill customer orders using internal systems and tools.

Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.

Identify and verify product part numbers and place items in designated storage locations.

Utilize scanners, barcodes, and tracking systems to manage inventory and shipments.

Prepare packages for billing and shipping according to documentation.

Assist in inventory counts and maintain shipping / receiving supply levels.

Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the warehouse.

Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Perform other duties as required to support operational goals.

Qualifications and Skills

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and manage several tasks simultaneously.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.

Basic computer proficiency with experience using hand scanners and order systems.

Prior warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred (0-2 years).

Strong understanding of order flow and shipment processes.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to fluently read, write, and speak Spanish; English proficiency preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete surfaces.

Steel-toe shoes required (not provided).

Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with physical labor.

Work Environment

This position operates in a dynamic warehouse setting. It involves hands-on tasks, collaboration, and a commitment to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
