Chiropractic Assistant Opportunity
HealthSource Chiropractic of Eden Prairie is looking for a high-energy, patient-oriented chiropractic assistant to join our team!

What you'll do :
Patient care & rehab :
Instruct patients on corrective and rehabilitation exercisesApply therapies including spinal decompression, laser therapy, electrical muscle stimulation, and moreRun patients through our HealthSource Movement Screen during their initial and progress examsScreen / mold patients for custom orthoticsManage patient flow between Doctor, Rehab, and Front Desk to ensure a smooth, positive experienceAdministrative & financial :
Answer phones, greet and schedule patientsInsurance verifications and scanning EOBsCreate and deliver financial worksheets / reviews with patientsMaintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial informationCollect patient charges, manage credit, and process third-party claimsMarketing & outreach :
Assist with marketing campaigns, creative content, and social mediaParticipate in community outreach events to promote wellnessSupport promotional communications and patient educationTeam support :
Help keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcomingCollaborate with staff to ensure efficiency, fun, and effectiveness in patient careWhat you need :
High school juniors and seniors are encouraged to applyTwo-year degree or higher a plus, but not requiredDemonstrated customer service experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office and WindowsStrong communication and organizational skillsWhat you'll get :
