International Economics Section Administrator
This IES Section Administrator manages the logistical and administrative affairs of the International Economics section (IES) under the Department of Economics.
This role includes faculty support, event planning (including larger lectures and weekly seminars / workshops), hiring / onboarding of pre-docs, postdoctoral research assistants, and visitors from outside institutions. This role also includes supervising / backing up the IES financial assistant (approving bi-weekly time sheets). The incumbent will also be responsible for updating the IES website events and directory pages.

Qualifications
Essential Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3+ years of related work experience
Excellent judgment, diplomacy, and discretion necessary in handling confidential and sensitive materials
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail; excellent communication skills (oral and written); excellent editing and proofreading skills; accuracy and dependability
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to establish priorities, work with minimal supervision, work well under pressure, work on numerous projects at once, anticipate demands and meet deadlines
Ability to be flexible in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access) and WordPress content management system
Preferred Qualifications :
Knowledge of Princeton's Information Warehouse, Prime Financials, and other University systems
