Senior ADABAS Mainframe Programmer

A company is looking for a Senior ADABAS Mainframe Systems Programmer.

Key Responsibilities

Perform mainframe database software upgrades, administration, and tuning for ADABAS environments

Manage day-to-day database maintenance, including backups, restores, and performance tuning

Provide 24 / 7 on-call support and maintain documentation in accordance with change management policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

10+ years of experience in Software AG ADABAS / Natural and related products

Extensive knowledge of database administration, performance tuning, and disaster recovery procedures

Experience in large, 24 / 7 multi-database environments

Proficiency in managing vendor relations and troubleshooting database issues
