We are looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team in Glendale, Arizona. This Contract-to-Permanent position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with expertise in accounts payable, payroll, and general accounting practices. The role offers a balanced hybrid schedule

Responsibilities :

  • Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Handle payroll operations through Paylocity, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial records are precise and up-to-date.
  • Oversee billing functions, including invoicing and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support accounts receivable activities to ensure smooth collection processes.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline accounting workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
  • Address and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable and payroll management.
  • Proficiency in using Paylocity for payroll operations or other payroll systems
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to conduct accurate account reconciliations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
