A full-time Board Eligible / Board Certified Physiatrist is sought to join a non-profit health system serving Indiana and Illinois, in Lafayette, IN.

• Flexible full-time schedule
• Weekend Call & Rounding Rotation : 1 : 2
• Practice includes inpatient consultation service, outpatient clinic and procedures
• Comprehensive specialty programs focused on stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, orthopedic / musculoskeletal, pain and neuromuscular disorders
• Well-established practice with consistent growth year over year
