Financial Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. This role involves overseeing sales incentive structures, maintaining customer pricing, and providing executive-level reporting. You will use a variety of tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and update sales incentive structures within internal ERP platforms, ensuring accurate accruals and timely payouts.
- Monitor and analyze sales volume and revenue trends to inform accrual adjustments.
- Leverage tools such as SQL (SSMS), SAP SAC, and Excel to generate customized reports and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to validate incentive eligibility and resolve discrepancies.
- Deliver regular and ad hoc performance reports to sales leadership and field teams.
- Process and reconcile credit memos, ensuring compliance with internal approval workflows and SAP documentation.
- Maintain and update customer pricing structures across all sales divisions, ensuring alignment with divisional approval protocols.
- Coordinate the implementation of annual pricing programs and one-time pricing requests.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of pricing agreements, amendments, and approvals.
- Provide executive-level reporting on pricing and incentive program performance.
- Contribute to the development of improved data management and reporting practices within the team.
- Ensure all activities align with company policies and operational standards.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00 / hr.
