A company is looking for a Coordinator, P2P Appeals Management.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule Peer to Peer calls with payers and document information in the proprietary system
Provide support for case entry, Peer to Peer, and appeals processes
Work independently while collaborating within a team environment
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Call center experience preferred
Understanding of denials processes for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial / Managed Care is a plus
Prior experience accessing hospital EMRs and Payer Portals preferred
Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with accurate keyboard skills (minimum 30 wpm)
