Urgent Care Physician Opportunity Northeast WisconsinAppleton and Neenah, WIFull timeA successful and mission-driven non-profit health system in northeast Wisconsin is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Urgent Care Physician to join its well-established Urgent Care Clinics in the Appleton and Neenah areas.Position Highlights : Full-time position with no call 12-hour shifts, rotating schedule 1 : 3 weekends (includes 2 holidays per year) Clinic Hours : Monday Friday : 7 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM Weekends & Holidays : 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM Treat patients aged 12 months and older Clinics average 60+ patients per day Team includes : 2 Physicians 10 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) Full support from RNs and MAs Optional Medical Director role (2 hours / week) Supervision of APPs Participation in leadership council and hiring Oversight of quality improvement effortsClinical Focus : Urgent / Acute Care Head / Face / ENT / Dental issues Chest / Cardiovascular / Pulmonary concerns GI / Abdominal conditions Skin and musculoskeletal injuries Occupational MedicineCompensation & Benefits : Sign-on bonus Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance Comprehensive benefit package including : Health, dental, and vision insurance Short- and long-term disability Life insurance Malpractice with tail coverage Licensing and board fee reimbursement Legal plan option Retirement Plans : 403(b) with employer match 457(b) with company contribution
