Job Summary :

This role requires a dynamic individual capable of analyzing and improving operational processes within a customer servicing environment. The position is based in Billings, MT, and offers a possibility for extension and conversion to full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities :

The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting department initiatives through the collection, analysis, and reporting of operational data, leading projects aimed at enhancing customer onboarding and process changes, and fostering productive relationships across various business functions

Must-Have Skills :

Collaborate with management to analyze, interpret, and report on operational performance.

Lead and support department initiatives for process improvement.

Coordinate functional operations reviews through detailed analysis.

Lead and participate in projects to improve customer onboarding and process alterations.

Cultivate productive relationships across business functions to ensure efficient activity fulfillment.

Industry Experience :

1+ years in a clerical / administrative role with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.

Proven ability to work proactively with teams and external customers.

Strong time management and organizational skills.
