Note : We are currently filling one, hybrid telecommute role wherein the employee's BCU headquarters could be at various locations throughout the state of Indiana that have available office space. The employee must be willing to travel and be in person for training, meetings with project stakeholders / vendors, etc.
Role
To lead complex, high-impact Organizational and Information Technology Projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. To drive project success by providing strategic direction, aligning deliverables with organizational goals, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders at all levels. To oversee all phases of the project lifecycle-planning, execution, monitoring, and closure-while managing project scope, resources, timelines, and financials. To lead cross-functional and, at times, geographically distributed teams. To proactively identifies and mitigates risks, resolves conflicts, and removes obstacles to ensure progress. To blend of strong leadership, technical acumen, analytical thinking, and exceptional communication skills, along with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Position Qualifications
Five to eight years of project management experience
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business or a related field
PMP or PMI-ACP certification recommended or to be attained within 2 years of holding position
Ability to work well independently and with little to no supervision
Excellent communication skills (with both internal and external personnel)
Significant level of trust and diplomacy
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Standard position hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
