job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWork Monday through Thursday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, and Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 12 : 00 PM Full-time position providing radiation therapy to patients according to established practices and standards Review prescriptions and diagnosis, act as liaison between providers and support staff Prepare equipment including immobilization devices, treatment, and protection devices Maintain records, reports, and files related to patient care May assist in localization of tumor and dosimetry procedures Demonstrate knowledge and skills for physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety criteria appropriate to assigned population Maintain required core competencies and comply with facility policies and procedures Graduate of Committee on Allied Health Education and accredited radiology program or equivalent required Two to five years of clinical experience preferred IMRT experience and LDR / HDR experience preferred Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Current American Heart Basic Life Support (BLS) card required Must have New Mexico licensure upon hire Referral bonus
