Cloud, MN Shift(s) :

  • Wed-Tues 10pm-8am  Wage : $17.75 / hr awake hours & $11.13 / hr sleep hours Job Responsibilities Provide supports tailored to each individual's needs (this may include dressing, bathing, responding to behavioral and mental health crisis, coaching through challenging moments, etc.) Support in transportation of varying activities important to the person as well as attend medical appointments as needed Administer medication Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team on service plans Ensure a safe and structured environment Complete and stay up to date on all trainings that are assigned Requirements At least 21 years of age Valid MN driver’s license Reliable transportation with valid insurance Ability to pass a background check through DHS Preferred : 1 year of experience as DSP or similar  Summary of available Benefits : Paid training Education Assistance 401(k) and matching Sick time Paid Time Off Health Insurance- including dental and vision Life Insurance Health Savings Account Apply Now in Just 5 Minutes!   Powered by JazzHR
