Compensation & Benefits
Ropes & Gray offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package, including health and well-being benefits, professional development, career growth, and a supportive culture. The salary range varies by location, e.g., Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles & Washington, D.C. : $81,000-$123,550; New York : $84,900-$129,450; San Francisco & Silicon Valley : $88,700-$135,300. The role is eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
Working Conditions
