Schedule : 3rd Shift - 10 : 00 PM to 6 : 30 AM (Monday–Friday, with occasional OT / weekends)

Job Type : Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

Overview

The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting final products to ensure they meet functional and visual specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, documentation of non-conformances, and accurate recordkeeping to support consistent product quality and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Inspect products for defects and measure for dimensional accuracy.

Verify compliance with spec sheets, bills of materials, and AQL standards.

Audit production lines and packaging prior to shipment.

Complete inspection reports and maintain organized documentation.

Perform touch-ups as needed while adhering to safety guidelines.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (manufacturing preferred).

Basic Microsoft Office skills; ability to read spec sheets and purchase orders.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and punctuality.

Physical ability to stand / walk for the entire shift and lift up to 40 lbs.

Willingness to work overtime as needed.
