You'll build strong relationships and coordinate with healthcare providers and pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities (5)

• Verify eligibility and complete required documentation for assistance programs.
• Coordinate alternative funding with members and provider offices.
• Manage intake / submission of forms and applications; follow through to resolution.
• Maintain proactive communication with members, providers, pharmacies, and programs.
• Monitor adherence, address issues promptly, and deliver timely, professional support.
