Plans, directs and supervises team members in the day to day operations within various departments of the store. Serves as the mentor and coach for all team members. Implements strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales while ensuring customer needs are met and service is quick and efficient. Maintains store appearance with a focus on prime shopping hours, product presentation and company standards.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Lead and support team members in the Grocery and Liquor departments
• Oversee inventory accuracy, product rotation, and merchandising execution
• Ensure compliance with food safety and liquor regulations
• Manage department schedules, labor budgets, and attendance tracking
• Train, coach, and develop team members and department leads
• Collaborate with vendors and ensure timely product receiving and stocking
• Maintain clean, organized backrooms and sales floor displays
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive shopping experience

The pay range for this position is listed below.

$18.00 - $26.50

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum base pay for the position, which is determined by factors such as market data, the qualifications required, the level of responsibilities associated with the role and other roles at this same level. Your specific pay rate within this range will be based on your experience, qualifications, and skills compared to the internal team you’ll be joining.
