About the Role :
We are seeking a Financial Data Integration Analyst to join our our team on a temporary (3 months), full-time basis. In this role, you will help connect HR systems and financial platforms, ensuring accurate, timely, and secure data flow across payroll, benefits, time-tracking, and accounting systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams within the HR and finance space.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain data integrations between HRIS / payroll systems (e.g. ADP, Paylocity, Workday), financial systems (e.g. NetSuite, Xero, SAP), and other business tools (e.g. HubSpot, Monday, PowerBi).
- Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to improve reporting and analytics.
- Reconcile financial and HR data to ensure accuracy across payroll, benefits, and general ledgers.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support client projects, audits, and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR consultants, finance teams, and IT staff to gather requirements and align system integrations.
- Support system implementations or migrations, including data mapping and technical documentation.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.3+ years of experience in data integration or financial analysis, ideally within HR, payroll, or consulting environments.Hands-on experience with integration tools such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Talend, SSIS, or scripting languages such as SQL or Python.Proficiency with HR and financial systems such as ADP, Paylocity, Workday, QuickBooks, or NetSuite.Strong understanding of payroll cycles, general ledger accounting, and HR compliance reporting.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in an HR consulting or professional services environment.Familiarity with API-based data connections and cloud integration architectures.Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2) related to employee and financial data.Key Competencies :
