Travel Physical Therapist - $2,300 per week

ProKatchers is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Laramie, Wyoming. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Physical Therapist Discipline : Therapy Start Date : ASAP Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Shift : Days, 36 Hours Work Experience : Performs patient evaluations Determines functional and attainable goals Develops and implements appropriate treatment Monitors patient progress, adjusting treatment accordingly Provides education to the patient and caregivers Previous Physical Therapy experience in a hospital and / or outpatient clinic setting is preferred Ability to elicit appropriate patient participation. Excellent customer service skills, including but not limited to : a friendly personality, tact, patience, empathy and a helpful, professional attitude both in person and on the telephone. Ability to effectively communicate with staff, managers and the general public verbally and in writing. Demonstrate effective listening skills. Excellent organization and time management skills and ability to establish priorities effectively. Possess exceptional problem solving skills. Ability to work effectively without immediate supervision. Ability to learn new computer software programs. Ability to recognize and protect confidential information. Demonstrate ethical and legal accountability for the position. Education : Master's Degree or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited Physical Therapy program required License : Must have a current, valid Wyoming Physical Therapy license and must be in good standing with the Board Must have current, valid Basic Life Support credential (BLS), or obtain within the first 60 days of hire and must maintain credential throughout employment Certifications : BLS / CPR Certification.
