Modern Healthcare Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Greene, New York.

Work setting is split between onsite clinic and manufacturing warehouse (located across the street).

Looking for a candidate who has experience beyond the outpatient physical therapy - such as : Ergonomic Evaluation, OSHA training, Return to Duty Clearances

Primary Focus :  injury prevention / early intervention, returning workers back to work quicker, work hardening routines

Typical Day : rounding warehouse floors and seeing patients, connecting with HR business partners, conducting follow ups with workers in clinic setting.

Shift : 0130-1630 Monday-Friday. Must have BLS and PT license in NYS.
