Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across multiple POS platformsConfigure and manage role-based permissions for attendants, shift leads, and site managersControl location-based access to ensure employees only access appropriate sitesConfigure time-tracking and scheduling features to support payroll and reportingServe as Tier 1 help desk for POS-related hardware, software, and network issuesTroubleshoot and resolve problems with POS peripherals such as receipt printers, barcode scanners, and RFID readersMaintain guides and documentation for each POS system and workflowHow Will You Qualify
Experience managing multiple POS systems in a retail or service environmentStrong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and softwareExcellent communication and training abilitiesFamiliarity with operations and multi-location managementAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendorsDetails
