Federal Superintendent

A Top ENR General Contractor with an outstanding reputation in the Federal construction space is seeking an experienced Federal Superintendent to join their growing team. This firm is known for delivering high-profile projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, NAVFAC, VA, and GSA , with an emphasis on quality, safety, and long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities :

Lead all on-site construction activities ensuring compliance with safety, schedule, and quality standards.

Manage subcontractors and field staff while maintaining clear communication with Project Managers, Owners, and Federal representatives.

Oversee daily reports, safety documentation, and progress tracking.

Enforce EM 385-1-1 and OSHA safety regulations at all times.

Drive productivity and maintain a positive, solution-focused jobsite culture.

Qualifications :

5+ years of Superintendent experience on Federal / Government construction projects .

Proven background working on USACE, NAVFAC, VA, or GSA projects.

Strong understanding of Federal contracting, safety, and quality control requirements.

OSHA 30 and EM 385-1-1 certifications required (or ability to obtain).

Active or obtainable security clearance preferred.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
