The Pronto Network is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, organization, and a passion for marketing, especially in driving engagement across digital and social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a busy marketing communication calendar.
• Collaborate with manufacturer sponsors to fulfill communication requirements.
• Assist in the design, content creation, and production of marketing materials.
• Coordinate and support internal and external communications.
• Work with graphic designers on newsletters, national advertising, and other creative projects.
• Compile and distribute reports and proof of performance for marketing programs.
• Support planning for national conferences, trade shows, and other events.
• Manage and maintain contact distribution lists, database management.
• Collaborate with team members on marketing communications, promotions, and programs.
• Provide updates to Business Development Managers on key communications.
• Assist other departments with tasks as needed.
