Key Responsibilities :

• Assist providers and staff in delivering quality primary health care services to patients.
• Greet patients in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner, ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Perform clerical duties related to the front office, including updating and organizing patient information in charts.
• Respond to inquiries and requests from staff and patients promptly and professionally.
• Support patient care activities as directed, including basic clinical tasks and patient comfort measures.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards.
