Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Management to join Adventist - St. Helena on a travel assignment. The RN will play a key role in collaborating with the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care through case management. This position requires expertise in acute hospital medical case management, discharge planning, utilization review, and status management.

Responsibilities :

Utilize Cerner / PowerChart for patient charting and documentation.

Requirements :

Preferred Qualifications : \n\nBachelor ’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).\n\nCase management certification.\n\nPrior experience in a care management role.
