We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Employee Development Specialist specializing in electrical fabrication and repair to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, TX, supporting our Field Operations Team. This role requires an Electrical Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive knowledge and experience in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations for both commercial and military aircraft. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in electrical work for these aircraft and will collaborate effectively with teammates to assist in the fabrication and repair of the Statement of Work (SOW). This role is responsible for defining project scope, overseeing curriculum development, and delivering specialized training programs that enhance employee performance and align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will serve as a lead instructor, deploy development tools, and lead performance analysis to recommend improvements. This role requires a motivated self starter.

This position will require up to 50% travel. The selected candidate will be required to travel to support business needs.

Security Clearance : This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
