Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end service delivery for medium to large accounts, developing operational plans and resolving project-related issues
Maintain client relationships by addressing application needs, ensuring contract compliance, and monitoring client satisfaction
Interface with senior management and account teams to ensure integration of applications and identify solution opportunities
Required Qualifications
Nine or more years of support services or project / program experience
Experience in the technology industry
Familiarity with company products and operating systems
Experience with computer systems and their applications
Healthcare claims processing experience is preferred
